Shipping Info

Australia Shipping Information

We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $80AUD. Any orders under $80AUD have a shipping fee of $8AUD.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched next day.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post standard service from our warehouse in Ingleburn, Sydney.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Other Returns

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Eve Wellness will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Eve Wellness may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.

Eve Wellness reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect by you.

Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

What is Friends With Benefits?

Our supps subscription programme! Being an Eve Friend With Benefits means we’ll be extra good to you. We'll treat you to 15% off all repeat orders (from your 2nd order onwards).

How do I become a Friend With Benefits?

Simply choose subscription when you order your fave Eve products. But don’t sweat, you can skip orders, change dates and products etc whenever you like.

Do I have to order the same product every month?

No. Like any good casual relationship, we like to keep things flexible. You can change your products, skip orders and change delivery dates to suit you. As long as you don’t outright break up with us by canceling your subscription altogether, you’ll continue to reap the benefits.

I don’t like commitment. Is this for me?

Definitely. The beauty of being Friends With Benefits is that you’re in full control the whole way through and can cancel, skip or switch up your products anytime, anywhere. We’re here to have fun, not to tie you down.

How do I change the delivery date of my order?

We totally get it, sometimes we need more time before jumping to the next step. Which is why we have made it so easy to change your order dates. To do so, log into your Eve account, click into ‘Manage Subscription’ and select the next date that works for you.

We do need a little bit of notice so please make these changes at least 24 hours before the original due date.

Can I use Afterpay or Klarna as my payment method for Friends With Benefits?

Unfortunately not, Afterpay and Klarna are only available for one off orders.

How many times can I skip my order?

If you are needing a little bit of space, no worries at all. You can skip your orders for up to 4 months until you are ready to start seeing us again.

Can I change my payment method?

For sure, simply log into your Eve account and click into ‘manage subscription’. There will be an option to update your card details.

Can I cancel my Friends With Benefits at any time?

Of course, like we said we aren’t here to tie you down. Send us a message if you would like to cancel your Friends With Benefits and we can arrange this for you.

This will need to be at least 24 hours before your next order is due to process to ensure we can catch it in time.

Loyalty

How can I find out how many points I have?

Log into your customer account and then head to 'Points Earned' under 'My Account'. Here, you will see a history of the reward activities you have completed and how many points you have earned.

My points balance doesn't look quite right.

Contact us and we'll take a look. We can manually apply points to your account if there is a genuine error.

How can I use my points voucher?

The next time you log into your account and start a new purchase online, you'll have the option to view and redeem your voucher at checkout.

Can I apply my points voucher to my existing product subscription?

Unfortunately not! Points vouchers can only be applied to new orders made through the online checkout process.
