I have been using then for two months and I have to say better moods less period pain n force more the best product i have tried

I waitied a few months before writing this review, because I wanted to be sure that the first month of using this product wasn't a fluke!
Before taking Period Pal, I was suffering hideously at least one day of my period every month. That day I would literally be crying all day in bed, feeling like all my problems were the worst. I never knew what day that would be, but it would always come any time during my period. I would also feel extremely tired and anxious.
After months of suffering and dreading the day of gloom, someone suggested I try a supplement.. so I bought Period Pal and when I had that following period...no blues. I sailed through it!!
I have now been taking this amazing product for 3 months and have had no sad period days! Not even anxiety! Maybe a wee bit teary, but teary in a good way, as in when someone tells me something beautiful or emotional, the empathy tears come on strong, but I would never want that blocked out!

After coming off birth control pill I had been experiencing 70+ day cycles. After a month of taking period pal pills my period was back to 30 day cycle
Love this product. I had my first 30 day cycle in a long time, usually they are 32 days + and it's agony but 2 weeks after starting with this and Blood Sugar Babe, I got my period on Day 30 and it was super mild. Usually I also get sore breasts and strong cramps on the first day, I got neither! Highly recommend
I have been taking these for only 1 week with my breakfast, and I've had to take sick days off work as it's been making me heaps nauseous and I've also been experiencing migraines (I never ever have migraines) I had so much hope in these after reading the reviews but unfortunately my body isn't accepting them
I was quite skeptical and the market is flooded with health pills; wasnt sure where to start. BUT, these do what they say. My hormonal breakouts were next to none, I had no bloating! And felt pretty balanced mood wise.

I started taking Period Pal once I came off the pill last year and for many months I didn't get my period. When I did my cycles were so out of whack and I would go 2-3 months without a bleed. My periods have been regular for the last 3 months and I've been on a 33 day cycle. I truly believe Period Pal was the whole reason I was able to get my cycle back pretty rapidly after being on the pill for close to 13 years!! SO STOKED!!! :)
I had been on birth control for almost a decade which resulted me in having hormonal imbalances and irregular cycles. Had worried me about my ovulation and my fertility after being on BC for so long. After only using this product for 1 month, i am now pregnant good stuff
Pros: I noticed a huge drop in bloating and fatique which was great! And my mood was significantly more stable leading up to and during my cycle - hallelujah!
Cons: No change in heavy flow or cramps (bummer) and my cycle went from 28 days to 21 days which is very concerning.
I'm not sure whether to continue taking them or not, they do advise to take the pills for over 100 days to see all improvements, but I really don't want 21 day cycles. I have reached out to them to hear their take on it.
I believe its doing something as I've had not had my period for 3 months. Its probably due to my weight since I'm underweight... But taking this, within 2 days, my period came back on the 3day of taking the supplement. Have previously taken this and it did keep my period consistent. The only thing I don't like is its a capsule and the smell/taste and not everyone can take in capsules. Hope it would be in jelly consumption form or in tablets would be great, otherwise loving the benefits of Period Pal
I was skeptical, but as a person with endometriosis Im willing to try almost anything. This supplement has meant I only need painkillers one or two days of my cycle, I can continue to function, and I get little to no PMS. (Note, I have had surgeries for endo). Absolutely recommend giving Period Pal a go, Im sold for life!

Wow, just wow. I have always experience bad cramps, clotting and heavy periods, although I have very regular periods they would leave me feeling so sluggish and in so much pain from the cramps. I started taking it 4 days before my period was due, and when I got my period it subsided my cramping from a 7 to a 2-3 pain level, I have so much more energy the clotting is sooo much better too!! I can't imagine how great this is gonna be after 2-3 months of usage! So thankful for this product. I wish I had started using this ages ago! :)
I didn't has my period for 3 months and I was under stress work and study so I went to the doctor he couldn't help me so I went too the pharmacist, I explained all my scenario and she told me to eat this pills after I had 2 capsules after meals in 5 days I had my period back.

Despite having my hormone levels checked and everything being perfect. I still struggle with horrendous PMS, and before coming on my period I never have any energy at all. I have also been spotting the last few cycles and my boobs hurt almost constantly, and I have cramps and aches 1.5 weeks leading into menstruation.
I started taking this supplement around 2.5 weeks ago, and the difference I can already see. I'm due on tomorrow, and whilst I feel those cosy/needy feelings of AF on her way. I've had no bad cramps, no big mood swings, no spotting, more energy (I even went to the gym yesterday... unheard of usually for me at this part of the month). Honestly, this product is a game changer, couldn't recommend highly enough. Worth every penny.
Period Pal has been such a game changer for me. I was having the most horrific and confidence knocking hormonal acne for 4-5 months straight. It wouldn't budge no matter my skin care routine, or how 'healthy' my diet was.

After a year off the pill, my periods were still not regular and very painful. I started taking these a few months ago and have been so pleasantly surprised that I now only get cramps on the first day and that it is coming more consistently now! I am about to finish my first cycle taking period pal and I cannot believe the effect it has on my cycle. I usually suffer from severe PMS including bloating, extreme mood swings and depression. I have not experienced any of these symptoms since taking period pal, even though I also had Covid 19 during this cycle ! My mood/anxiety has also improved and my workmates have been asking what I have been taking as I'm so happy! I have also noticed a huge improvement in my sleep patterns. I highly recommend period pal to anyone suffering from PMS/low moods you will definitely feel the difference!
I have been taking Period Pal for approximately 3 weeks now and boy have I already noticed a difference. I have just started menstruating and it almost came as a "surprise" period. When I came of the Depo Provera I experienced light bleeding for 8 months straight.

I'm absolutely blown away by this supplement. I've never taken a supplement that has so clearly done what it says it's going to. I came off the pill 7 months ago after being on it for 11 years and my cycles have been about 70 days long each despite me doing everything I could to balance my hormones myself (sleep, diet, exercise). Im almost finished my second month of using period pal and oh my goodness what a huge change. I usually have very heavy, painful periods - especially day one, but last month I completely forgot I even had my period on day one.. like, how??
Ive also noticed Ive been ovulating when my period app says I should be, it was early prior to starting period pal which tells me my whole system is functioning a lot better than it was!

I came off the contraceptive pill about 10 months ago. I suffered irregular periods for a few months and then it completely disappeared. My periods were very irregular after years of being on the pill and I wanted to get them under control so I could track my ovulation in hopes of getting pregnant. I absolutely love Period Pal! I have been using it for 4 months now and I have not had one thrush symptom since. For the past 2 years I used to get thrush almost every month about one week before my period (seemed to be hormonal changes) and I tried everything to prevent it but this has been the only thing that works!! Also my period tracker apps all used to say I had irregular cycles and now since using Period Pal I now have a regular cycle! I notice a lot lighter period and way less pain and overall discomfort while taking these regularly!
