Blood Sugar Babe:

Ages 13+: Take one 4 g serving (1&1/2 metric tsp) daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice. Can be taken with or between meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Store below 30*C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Consume within 2 months once opened. Do not consume if tamper seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.

Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Not suitable for use during breastfeeding. Use in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
