Before you jump into the comments or slide into our DMs, here are a few things to keep in mind.
Our social channels are here to connect with the Eve community — to share helpful info, answer your questions, and support you on your health journey. It’s a space where you can:
- Learn more about our products (and what’s in them)
- Reach out to the Eve team for support or guidance
- Join respectful, open conversations
- Share your feedback, experiences, and ideas
To help us keep things safe, kind and constructive, we may remove, block, or report content or accounts that:
- Are false, misleading or deceptive
- Are discriminatory including, but not limited to, on the basis of, ethnicity, nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or political belief
- Are abusive, harassing, or intended to shame or intimidate others
- Use inflammatory, defamatory, offensive, obscene or inappropriate language
- Don’t reflect Eve’s values or brand
- Are spammy, repetitive, off-topic or disruptive
- Share violent, graphic, or otherwise harmful content
- Violate someone’s privacy, copyright or intellectual property
- Encourage or promote illegal activity
- Are otherwise inappropriate in Eve’s reasonable opinion
We may also remove customer reviews that don’t reflect the typical experience with our products.
If you spot something that goes against these guidelines, feel free to flag it with us.
