I started my post-birth control journey a year ago, and it has been a roller coaster! 6 months post-pill I was a wreck, physically wracked with deep (very painful) acne and awful PMS; mentally, I was all over the place anxious and af and completely at the mercy of my raging hormones. Period Pal & All Systems Glow Bundle

I've seen a noticeable difference since taking these supplements together. My skin is less congested, although not completely clear. When my period roles round I don't get any painful cystic spots anymore which is great! I didn't suffer too badly with cramps and other period related ailments before taking the supplements anyway, but what I did get I have noticed is much lessened. Highly rate these if you have difficulty with your skin!
