Before taking this bundle, I hated exercising and going to the gym. I know how important exercise is for PCOS, but I could never stay motivated. After just one month, I'm now walking or going to the gym 3–5 times a week, and people have even noticed a difference in my mood. The week before my period is usually the worst for me because of really bad PMS and PMDD, but this cycle was completely different. I barely noticed a mood change — it was just a little harder to get to the gym and I was a bit more annoyed by people. I honestly don't know what's in this, but it feels like magic. The item is easy to use, I wish the blood sugar babe came with its own scoop and was also bigger due to the cost. If you are not a fan of taking big tablets then I would not get the all systems glow, you have to take three a day and the tablets are quite large. I did not realise before I purchased. I have not been taking the product long enough to notice any changes.

This is my second jar of BSB (purchased the first one in store) first jar of ASG. I have PCOS, had stopped the hormonal birth control pill a while ago & had developed severe hormonal acne! The BSB definitely gave me headaches initially but that settled, has helped my hunger levels, mood and it is slowly helping my skin. I find the combo of both has really helped the acne heal up as well as improve my overall skin/general health. I sleep more restfully which is a bonus. Will continue taking both for sure!

I literally felt a difference within one day of taking the al systems glow. I took it at night, and when I woke up in the morning my body felt plump and full (in a great, healthy way) as opposed to feeling depleted and tired like I normally do. It's only been a few days, so yet to see if my skin clears up, but I'm already receiving a benefit so anything else is a bonus at this point. The blood sugar babe does seem to be regulating my blood sugars well, too. I ate more grains than I should have the first few days taking it to test it out, and my body was better able to handle them. I'm not going to continue eating more grains, but it's great to know this helps regulate me if I accidentally overshoot my carb count. Definitely subscribing.
