I have only been using Bloat Buddy for a couple of weeks and at first I wasnt sure if it was making a difference but I can honestly say now that overall I feel way less bloated. I have really, really struggled with bloating and fluid retention and now I can end my day still fitting into my jeans and I have noticed way less fluid retention to the point where I feel like Ive lost weight. I also often forget to take the evening tablet so this is from just taking in the morning too. I really do recommend taking this if you suffer from chronic bloating too.
